These steps should allow you to resolve the vast majority of issues that you encounter:
- Check if you have enough credits in your account to use the services. You can do so from the “My Profile” page.
- Check if you have the latest version of the browser that you are using installed. We do recommend that our customers use the Google Chrome browser. To check if you have the latest version of Google Chrome installed click this link.
- Clear the cache and cookies in your browser. The cache and cookies (the information that is stored on your computer) can have errors that appear within them. You can find instructions here.
